1. Digital Product Sales Are Final :

All sales of digital products, including (but not limited to) downloadable files, templates, workflows, e-books, and access to subaccounts, are final.

Once access to a digital product has been granted or a subaccount has been provisioned, no full refunds will be issued.

2. Eligibility for Partial Refunds

In certain exceptional cases, Naruzon LLC may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund (e.g., for specific upsell items or in situations where part of the order cannot be delivered as promised).

The decision to grant or deny a refund rests entirely with Naruzon LLC.

3. Subscription Services (Subaccounts)

Subscription fees for subaccounts (monthly or annual) are non-refundable once activated, as the service is immediately provisioned and accessible.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel any subscription prior to the next billing cycle.

4. Customer Responsibility

Before making a purchase, customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, included features, and any requirements (such as third-party platforms).
